JIM WAS OUR DEEREST FRIEND. IF YOU WERE A FRIEND OF JIM'S THERE WAS NOTHING HE WOULDN'T DO FOR YOU. HE WAS OUR FIRST FRIEND WHEN WE MOVED TO FLORIDA. HE AND ELAINE LIVED ACCROSS THE STREET FROM US. HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE OR LES WAS AT HIS HOUSE AT LEAST FOUR DAYS A WEEK. JIM AND LES RODE MOTERCYCLE. WE TALKED OF HIS FAVORITE THINGS: FOOD AND FISHING. HE ALWAYS MADE MY HUSBAND LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE

I was so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. I really enjoyed working with Jim. As a new apprentice, I appreciated the extra effort he took to teach me the proper way to accomplish the job. I also remember he kept the OC-11 crib the neatest, best stocked one in the plant! He was a great person.
