To the Lindway family,
Sorry to hear of Maryellen's passing. I haven't seen you guys in awhile except John when he's in town. I want you to know your thought of and in my prayers. Maryellen was a special lady who treated me like I was one of you guys. Know that she is at peace and telling everybody up above about you all. Love ya, Kathy Lynch

I knew Maryellen in high school...she mentored the AOH for kids and I was the president. She was so incredibly sweet and already had started her family, which she most obviously loved. After high school, I entered the convent and lost touch with her....I believe she moved off of Garfield. Anyway, I wish I could attend the service, but I am attending (at the same time/date) our 45th LHS class with guests staying in my home, so I won't be

My thoughts & prayers go out to the Lindway family, I spent alot of time over Lindways in high school & our pal "M.E.L." & Mr.Lindway always made me feel at home (which was easy to do there). God Bless Maryellen in her place in God's house & God Bless the family in their time of mourning, but know she's looking down with her smile & laugh telling you she's ok in heaven with all her loved ones who were waiting there with open arms for her. God Bless...........................................DG

Dear Nancy & Family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. The movie about your mother was priceless. She was a beautiful person. I know she will live on thru you forever. You are all true "Angels on Earth". Peace be with you all. Amy Jaynes-Brown

Maryellen made me feel like one of her owe kids during my years attending Lorain Catholic. Mardye and I became close friends through my junior and senior years. After school we used to go over Mardye's and watch MTV (when it 1st came out) Maryellen always made me feel welcome and at home. Going to LC wasn't easy for me, but Mardye his mom and dad and Nancy made going to Lorain very memorable.

My sister Heather and I would always fight over whose Godmother Mary Ellen was...She was always so glamorous that Heather assumed she was her Godmother. One day my Mom (Ellen) told us that we had it backwards and that Patty was Heather's Godmother and Mary Ellen was mine. Heather walked away in a huff and told me that Mary Ellen should be her Godmother because I didn't even care about make-up!

It was probably thirty years ago on one of Maryellen and John's trips to Cumberland. My aunt Pauline and uncle Howard had a camp on the Cacapon River in WV. My father Frank and mother Letty went there all the time. My brothers and I practically grew up there. So when Maryellen and John came to visit, they got talked into going down to camp for a few days. We all got down there and that first day was a
