I don't think I had a dry eye once while reading through all the special memories. I can see he was one truly special guy. I never new him personally but I can see how special he was to everyone. To Jennifer and family, I will be thinking of you and I am always here when you want to talk. My deepest sympathy.

Our family connection started with the boys and baseball. How fortunate we all were to share such good times. I (amy) will never forget that deep voice shouting out to "Dude" or "Bubba". To me, he was a great example of a man...strong, caring, giving, warm smile, headstrong :), loved his family beyond words. I was honored to have shared just a small portion of a great life. May his memory go on forever in his children and grandchildren! You are all on both of our minds and in our hearts.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Porter family during this difficult time. It was an honor to know and work with Roy. He was a great guy to say the least!
